Return Process

  Securely pack the unused lashes or beauty tools in their original boxes, ensuring all protective seals are intact and including your printed authorization form.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
